It can be applied to a dry or towel-dried scalp after shampooing. It is not necessary to shampoo between applications.

Separate hair and hold the nozzle as close to the scalp as possible.

Spray liberally directly onto the scalp, the goal is to saturate the thinning areas of the scalp, not the whole scalp. Massage gently into the scalp with fingertips for 30 seconds. Style as usual.

Then you can either apply the More Hair Naturally 9 (the green label) in the same exact way right after or if you would rather, apply it in the evening.
